Please fill in the information below which we will display along with your photo at the event. Remember you need to be attending the whole weekend event and be available to join us at The Jam House on Sunday 13th October. All entrants must be submitted by Sun 29th Sept 2019.

We are pleased there has been a large amount of interest in this year's competition. However as space on the stage is limited, the committee will agree the short list of contestants if we have more entrants than space, based on your uploaded photos and information. The judges' decision is final.

I understand all applications must be completed in full with a face photo and submitted by Sunday 29th September 2018 in order to be eligible.
I agree that in the event of too many bears applying for the contest, the committee holds the right to agree the shortlist of contestants based on the supplied information.
I understand that ultimately this competition is just a bit of lighthearted fun. I'm not going to get all boo-hoo over it if things don't go my way.
