Tickets for BearScotFest go onsale on this website at 5pm (BST) today. To help you, here are our ticket tips, fairness policy, and tickets policy.

TICKET TIPS
Here are a few tips that can help you avoid delays in purchasing your tickets:

• They will sell quick so be ready at 5pm Scottish time to get yours.
• Ticket links will be posted on Facebook (main page and events page), Instagram, and also the BearScots website.
• Complete all fields, if you leave fields blank you might have to go back and fill them in. Make sure your Autofill is up to date.
• Don't leave spaces at the end of names, addresses etc. Autofill can leave spaces and the system might not recognise the field is complete if there is an extra space.
• Have your payment method up to date. Using Apple pay/Google pay can be quicker. We also accept all major credit/debit cards and SquarePay.
• Some activities sell out really quick, have a think about alternatives so you don't miss out.
• Keep your confirmation email handy, you'll need it at registration to get your tickets.
• Check your junk folder for the confirmation email, as it may go to junk. Emails will only come for [email protected], so add us to your trusted senders list.
• Be aware of scammers! Tickets will be sold through the link we post later today. It's unlikely that Mary and her family now can't make the event, don't fall for the scams.

FAIRNESS POLICY

• Orders are limited to 4 tickets per transaction.
• Orders where more than 4 tickets have been purchased will have all tickets refunded minus a £5 handling fee per refunded ticket.

TICKETING POLICY

• Please only purchase tickets from our ticketing site - we have been targeted on social media by fake accounts re-selling tickets. Please don’t fall for this scam.
• Please report any scams on social media posts so we can remove them.
• Confirmation email will come from [email protected].
• There is no wait list for tickets.
• We are unable to add or swap any add-on activities after a ticket is purchased.
• Tickets are refundable by emailing Ticket Cub at [email protected], minus a handling fee of £5 per ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable via Bearscots.
• The main purchaser named on the confirmation email MUST pick up the tickets with this confirmation email. If you choose to transfer tickets privately, it is done at your own risk.
• Please bring named ID with you to collect your ticket.
• If BearScotFest 2024 can't go ahead due to any external factors, all tickets will be transferred to the following year, BearScotFest 2025.
