BearScotFest 2022: Ticket Collection and Event Info

All tickets can be collected at the Registration Desk at CC Blooms (23-24 Greenside Pl, Edinburgh EH1 3AA):

• Friday between 12.00 and 20.00 and
• Saturday between 11.30 and 14.00

The desk is downstairs, if this is not accessible to you, please let CC Blooms staff or any of our volunteers know and we’ll come up to welcome you.

Saturday at the Caves tickets can be also collected at the event on Saturday from 21.00.

Collecting your caves tickets in advance from CC Blooms will help you jump the collection queue at The Caves!

Please have your Order Number and a form of ID ready. Only the person who made the booking can collect the tickets.

For the Saturday add-on activities:

• Those who have booked will be contacted with meeting time and place for your booked activity.
• All spaces will be under the name of the person who booked, so please approach our volunteer with clipboard as a group.

We would like to see you as the royalty that you are, so feel free to proudly wear your crown all weekend, especially for The Royal Balls on Friday night.

The Sunday at Ghillie Dhu is signed, please sit at the reserved table in the front if you require view of the BSL interpreter

We will provide veggie and vegan options at all the food events. 
We will offer GF options at all food events for those that requested it, except the pies outside the Caves Saturday night. Due to the buffet nature of the events we can’t guarantee a 100% GF environment - so individuals should manage their own risk.
